1991 Chevrolet Caprice Wagon – How do I remove the bar under the boot?

I'm trying to replace my starter. It is impossible to eliminate the starter until I remove the support beam underneath. It has 3 screws and the center bolt is impossible to remove because it is bolted to the A-Arms Support assembly. From the A-arm pivot joint is on the way so you can not stick a wrench or take away. Is there a particular way to remove this bolt members Cross? Thank you very much. That's not right. You must remove the bar as shown elsewhere. Only does not go as well. If it were to fall out that even the work departure. The starter motor is not connected to a support of either. You must have the wrong year Caprice.

Turning either 5.0 or 5.7 engines that do not have to remove this member of the Cross …. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Increase support and vehicle safety. Disconnect all wiring from starter solenoid. Replace each nut as the connector is removed, as different sizes of threaded connection to the connector. Note the positions or label wiring for installation. Remove Starter bracket and two mounting bolts. On engines with a solenoid heat shield, remove the front bracket upper bolt and detach the starter bracket. Remove the front bracket bolt or nut. Lower the front end starting first, then remove the body of the car. To install, position the holder in place and secure it with the front bearing screw and nut. Tighten mounting bolts to two pounds 25-35 feet. (32-42 Nm).
